the green ceiling kitchen

This project started out as a small and poorly designed kitchen in cream. The client said she loved to bake and cook, but wanted a beautiful space where she could see her children playing in the next room. After talking with her, we set to work wiping the slate clean so we could start fresh. Opening the wall up made the space considerably bigger, moving the fridge over to the end, allowed us to wrap the cabinets all the way around give less of alley end feel. The client wanted a very minimal/fresh esthetic, so we went with white cabinets and white quartz counter tops.
